This members area stores the minimum needed to give paid Growth Memo subscribers access to tools and templates.
What we store
Your email address, your subscription status, and the identifiers needed to keep that status in sync (Stripe subscription and customer IDs, and your presence on the Substack paid list). We log resource downloads to understand what's useful and to detect abuse. We never store card or payment details — billing is handled entirely by Substack (Stripe and Apple).
Why we store it
To confirm you have an active subscription and to give you access. For subscribers in the EU/UK, the lawful basis is performance of your subscription contract.
Your choices
You can request access to your data or its deletion at any time. To do so, reply to any Growth Memo email or contact us, and we'll remove your account and associated data.
